Frequently Asked Questions

In the days prior to the session you will be sent an email with a link to your online session in Zoom. You only need to click on that link to enter the session.
Email Phillippadwyer@Keepyoungsafe.com.au with 48 hours of the session and we can organise another session date or full refund.
For network purposes etc it is useful to have professionals sharing their names and organisation. But ultimately the decision is up to the participant.
It’s great to see faces at the beginning of the sessions and just to say hello etc. but Keep Young Safe also understand and respect your choice to not have your camera on and or to not share your details with others.
The standard is 20 individuals in a session but this can be negotiated with an organisation. Email any requests for greater numbers via the contact page.
